MICHAEL GRECO

Michael Greco is a seasoned hospitality and entertainment executive with over 35 years of experience in the nation’s most competitive markets. He is the founder of Fia Hospitality Group, which owns and operates Fia Restaurant and Fia Steak in Santa Monica, California, and TCB, an Elvis-inspired speakeasy with live music. He is currently expanding his brand to other U.S. cities. 

A New York City native, Greco began his entertainment journey as a Yankees batboy at 15 before attending Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. His early career included stand-up comedy, leading to a decade-long run in Las Vegas where he helped shape the city’s modern nightlife scene. 

In 2004, he became the first hire at Body English (Hard Rock Hotel), leading its launch and later pioneering Rehab, the original Vegas pool party. As VP of Entertainment at Pure Management Group, he oversaw 10 venues, including PURE at Caesars Palace, twice named the #1 nightclub in the U.S. by E! Entertainment. At Palms Casino Resort, Greco helped secure first-time Las Vegas residencies for Mariah Carey and Matt Goss. 

He later held executive roles at Diversified Entertainment Group, managing brands like Sugar Factory and Chateau Nightclub. In 2013, he co-created FIZZ at Caesars Palace with David Furnish and Elton John, which won Hospitality Design Magazine’s global Best Lounge/Bar award. 

Greco moved to Los Angeles in 2015, joining Brent Bolthouse at the Bungalow, where he helped expand the brand and set financial records. In 2019, he launched Fia, a coastal Italian restaurant recognized by Michelin and Wine Spectator. In 2023, he opened Fia Steak, a chic 48-seat steakhouse described as a “love letter” to classic steakhouses, known for its intimate, rock-and-roll vibe. 

Beyond hospitality, Greco is a creative force. He optioned a TV pilot, Hades, to Ray Donovan producer John Radulovic and performs in the band The Venezuelas with actor Tom Felton. Their open mic series, Legends in the Living Room, supports local talent and charity. 

Greco draws inspiration from global travel—Fia was born on the Amalfi Coast—and lives in Redondo Beach with his partner Sheena and their French Bulldog, Bella Presley Amalfi Wayne Greco.
